    Student Employment Appointments

    An appointment is REQUIRED

In order to provide the best customer service and meet staffing needs, students must schedule an appointment to complete employment paperwork and present their I-9 identification documents.
Per federal requirements, appointments must be in person.

Employment paperwork will not be accepted electronically, and all forms require a wet signature. No exceptions are permitted at this time.

Paperwork must be submitted at least 3-5 business days BEFORE your anticipated first work or training date. This allows processing time to submit your I-9 documents to the US government. If you work or train prior to having a timesheet on Banner, you will be suspended from student employment for one academic semester.
