Appointments REQUIRED
In order to provide the best customer service and meet staffing needs, students must schedule an appointment to complete employment paperwork and present their I-9 identification documents. Per federal requirements, appointments must be in person.
Employment paperwork will not be accepted electronically and all forms require a wet signature. No exceptions are permitted at this time.
Paperwork must be submitted at least 3-5 business days BEFORE your anticipated first work or training date. This allows processing time to submit your I-9 documents to the US government. If you work or train prior to having a timesheet on banner, you will be suspended from student employment for one academic semester.
